You can't criticize Limbaugh for drugs when Obama took them himself in his past.

Lol, perfect example of right wingers "adjusting" facts to make reality more bearable for them. Was Obama so addicted that he sent his maid out to get his drugs for him and the police and courts had to get involved?

What Obama is, does not matter to me compared to what he's doing in the name of "change." Every little problem he touches becomes bigger after he intervenes. Every time he intervenes it promises to cost us more as taxpayers. Every time he makes a grab for federal government power, it scares the crap out of me. And frankly, I'm not sure if he's more or less to blame than Congress. Sometimes, I think he stirs them up, they do the stupid things publicly and then in 2012, he'll sit back and say it wasn't him that's responsible for the mess. He puts people in charge of things in normal positions and then he appoints Czars (which costs us more money) to overrule them.

The states are going down the GM rabbit hole. They will owe Tony Soprano favors for his largesse. They will conform to a federal agenda.

I can tell you now, the person I will support for President in 2012 will be someone who did not take federal handouts this year. I'm not sure who that will be yet but I'm hoping for a gutsy governor.

The states were in trouble YEARS before any of us ever heard of Obama.

Your 2012 governor, you can get an idea of who that could be right now. What politically ambitious governors are managing a state that's independently in the black now, or likely will be in the next two years? Of those, which might run for president in 2012?

It was a powerful message to American's. I can't believe people who voted for Obama still think he is fixing America. Triple the debt, nationalize healthcare, let Iran have nuclear energy, tell the world that American is a Muslim nation, government take over banks, GM, what's next media take over. To me this is socialism and dictorship.
Obama must be holding a grudge and looking for pay back. I thought he said before the election he claimed he was Christain and now he is stating he is Muslim.
Honestly how is this all not frightening!
Wow, talk about delusional. So where do I begin... first of all, Bush was the one that bailed out the banks, remember? Tripling the debt, again, what was Bush doing when he started to wage his war against Iraq, while ignorning crucial projects here at home, like infrastructure, health care, and education as well as shifting the attention away from Afghanistan. Now Obama is having to go in address ALL these issues, plus fixing the issues in Iraq, so of course it's going to cost. I don't know why neocons think that this stuff is free.

As far as letting Iran have nuclear energy, again where was Bush?? Wow, I didn't know people could be this misinformed, while listening to Limbaugh and Hannity.

The states were in trouble but they weren't beholden to a President or desperate enough to dance for the puppetmaster. This comes out of the mafia's playbook. You help someone in trouble by giving them/lending them money or doing them a favor and then you squeeze them/own them/expect them to dance for you when you're ready to collect...and collect doesn't always mean money when you are talking about having the favor repaid.

I'm telling you, the states that take the money are going to give up some states rights and conform to a federal agenda. That's going to be the favor collected. It will be a "don't fight us on this, you owe us" scenario.

They absolutely have been in massive debt and beholden to the fed govt for many many YEARS, are you kidding?!

"squeeze them/own them/expect them.." lol, you sound like a resentful teenager. "You wont let me drive the car without a seatbelt! I hate you!"

"dont fight us, you owe us" -- you want the states to have money with no direction as to how to spend it, but you complain about Paulson handing money out blindly in the first TARP.

What's concerning is how folks who appear to be lucid can posibly hold Limbaugh up as a sage.

He's a proven chickenhawk, sexual pervert, and drug abuser.

I fully understand that looking at him as a heroic figure is a personal choice. It would never be mine. Surprising to me that the "family values" crowd follows him like lemmings, though.
