That is pretty much the rate for homosexuality in society. It proves that the two are not linked. However that was not the point the poster was trying to make.

The difference is they hetero's aren't trying to legalize it.

Yes, they are.

Some hetreo's are for gay marriage. Some people in California and straight voted for it. Same in Iowa.

Straights even go and march in gay parades.

Yep! I'm a straight female and both me AND my boyfriend are completely for gay marriage. We have marched in gay parades, we have gone to rallies and we've also participated in the No on 8 Campaign in California. The vast majority of our friends are the same way, and most are hetero.

It feels kinda weird saying it... but I hope that California follows in Iowa's footsteps soon!
