Agreed. The conservative label on the thread is misleading--no school girl, regardless of age, should be strip searched. Heads need to roll at admin.

And to some liberals restrictions on nine month abortions are exactly the same thing as making the birth control pill illegal.

I only ask because I really wonder how these so-called "conservatives" come down on this. After all, aren't they the ones railing and ranting about "government intrusion" and things like red light cameras? So if the school makes your 13 year old strip naked so they can look for Tylenol in her undies, how do you conservatives come down on that? Let's see your hypocrisy at work here! Justify it! I know you can.
The extreme conservatives will tell you this is required in order to fight the "war on drugs" (hint: it's over, the GOP lost that war too).
IMO, this insane situation should be stopped at once. When I was a kid, I carried a little tin of Bayer aspirin with me everywhere as I had toothaches all the time. I guess I was one of the original "drug criminals" way back in 1961.
Fire the idiots at the school who did this, it's beyond all semblance of sanity.
IMO, this is not, or should not, be a "conservative" or "liberal" issue. It should be - and IS, a "STUPID" issue - from the Principal of the school on down - to everyone involved in this senseless and demeaning action - they were / are STUPID and I hope the Court agrees.
