Regardless of ANY policital outlook, this should NOT have happened.
It's not a conservative or liberal issue, it's just wrong. Some posters here are always trying to start a fight between the right and the left.

Just a Devil's Advocate argument: It could be turned into a political debate since Clarence Thomas dissented. If it had been a liberal judge who dissented, I have no doubt that the righties would have been screaming about it.

Did you actually write that? You think it's fine to strip search children in school? Personally, now that the disgusting act has been deemed illegal, anyone involved in this search needs to be arrested for sexual abuse of a child.

yes i just wrote it. so are you saying it is totally fine for kids to bring drugs to school and keep them in their underwear, pull a pill out when they need a high, and go on about their day? these administrators got a tip from a student and acted on it. i hope your child ends up purchasing from kids at school and ends up completely screwed up. good luck.

Oh so the principal can now call in any of his female students and ask them to strip? Good one.

all he has to say is he got a tip...

Thank God the Supreme Court has this one right.

the principal didn't even do the strip search did he? did you even read the article? he took the girl to the nurse and the nurse did the search. try reading the article before typing something so stupid about the principal calling in any girl to see them strip.

Just can't understand your reasoning and I'm very pleased the Supreme Court doesn't either.
