I think you should look into the mormon university BYU and BYU-idaho.. they have expelled numerous students for having people of the opposite sex in their dorm after 10pm or all sorts of crazy things..
One kid actually created a mormon missionary calendar where they were shirtless, and BYU refused to give him his diploma...
When you take your kids out of the public wrelm.. you're subjected to the rules of the few that own and run the joint...

We are talking about a high school - and doing things that high school students do. Plus the fact that the Principal of this boys schools SIGNED OFF on him going - THEN came back and said no.

hmmm.. I would like to see how that case pans out.. because it certainly would set a precedence... and we are a nation that uses common law in determining future cases...
Wow, that is very harsh. However, I am not sure what type of recourse the student would have since he signed the contract that he would adhere to the school's rules.

He was a minor when he signed it so it is not a legal contract and therefore not enforceable. If it was me, I'd argue I was coerced and threatened with Hell if I didn't sign it. With that said, I would accept it as a contract if the parents signed it.
