I have never cared for Matthews, and really, low level, dumb name calling doesn't do jack. Cheney is uncomely, Limbaugh is obese - so what? Talk about their actions, not their appearance.
Now, if he said Rumsfeld should be tried as a war criminal in the Hague? Equally incendiary, but a little more meat behind it.

Chris Matthews always seems to me like he is going to drool on himself, it just appears as if he has to much spit in his mouth.
I agree. Don't try to eat and watch his show at the same time. It's a risky combination. I've gotten queasy a couple of times doing that. I like him, but the drooling is an unpleasant distraction, to put it nicely.
Wow and to think he was once a decent interviewer. He is unhinged.
Yeah, I'm not sure what to think of him. Sometimes I wonder if he's getting a little cagey as he gets older. Other times I think he's just trying to be entertaining. I still like him because he usually does have guests who are liberal, conservative, and in-between. He often expresses himself in unusual ways, to say the least.
Wasn't Obama supposed to unite us? He makes Bush look
like the great uniter!
I know, it's fun to blame Obama. For instance, I blame him for my cat's diarrhea & constant puking. I also blame him for my bike brakes that keep rubbing against the front tire.

I'm begining to think even Carter was a better President. Certainly he was more honest, even if stupid.
