New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb, a Republican, is calling on the CEO of CBS to fire David Letterman for crude comments he made about Sarah Palin and her daughter.

In the letter to CBS chief Les Moonves, Kolb said he took Letterman to task for the "shockingly inappropriate" jokes.

Perhaps he might be the first "feminist" to speak out.

Yea, and I am sure they are going to listen to them.

At this rate they are going to have to fire every late night host and the entire cast of Saturday Night Live. She was awesome fodder for the comics as well, why not force them all to stop.

Nothing like censorship, if your candidate is an idiot and you don't want people to know, censor the one saying it.

LOL. Yeah, right! Palin and her fans don't know what they're up against - or how silly they look.

Nope wrong the

NOW -The National Organization of Women

I just went to their website Letterman made it into the
NOW's Media Hall of Shame!
Brilliant IDEA!!!! I love it!

Heres a bit of what they had to say!

NOW Analysis:
After two nights of "jokes" at the expense of Palin and her family, Letterman tried to explain himself and offer something of an apology. On his June 10 show, Letterman said he was referring to Palin's 18-year-old daughter, Bristol -- not the 14-year-old daughter who actually accompanied Palin on her New York trip.
Letterman said "I recognize that these are ugly" jokes.NOW agrees. Comedians in search of a laugh should really know better than to snicker about men having sex with teenage girls (or young women) less than half their age.

The sexualization of girls and women in the media is reaching new lows these days -- it is exploitative and has a negative effect on how all women and girls are perceived and how they view themselves.
Letterman also joked about what he called Palin's "slutty flight attendant look" -- yet another example of how the media love to focus on a woman politician's appearance, especially as it relates to her sexual appeal to men.
Someone of Letterman's stature, who appears on what used to be known as "the Tiffany Network" (CBS), should be above wallowing in the juvenile, sexist mud that other comedians and broadcasters seem to prefer

NOW's Media Hall of Shame

MRC Founder Brent Bozell just returned from a FOX News interview where he strongly denounced late-night talk show host David Letterman’s reprehensible attack against Alaska governor Sarah Palin and her 14 year-old daughter, Willow.
Click here to see Brent’s interview on Fox (http://www.mrcaction.org/r.asp?U=19634 - broken link).

Statutory rape is no joke … yet few in the media have even raised an eyebrow.

Here is the info if you would like to complain....

Please, PLEASE make this issue into more nightly comedy, and include Brian Kolb!

These people joke about killing people everyday!

Remember the "Lipstick on a Pig" fake outrage by Palin?

By the by, I dont believe the NY State Assembly has a Republican minority, I heard on the radio that two Democrats were switching parties to give them a majority

What might that be.
A smear campaign full of lies!
Or vicious vile attacks of sexual nature Hee hee because she is a woman with morals and values.
Or to smear her minor children with talk of she/they are a ****, *****, have bastard children, are a single parent, (which the left is all for single parents and children out of wed lock even protected it until Palin's family came along)
Or maybe the sexism directed at Palin and her daughters. Even bringing in flight attendants in their plight to disparage her.
Who looks silly and vile now!
