Any missile fired for a test must be pointed in some direction ( a choice of 360 degrees). It could be they chose the direction toward America as a symbolic gesture.
But here we have the panicked mob fearing a NK missile will hit them. Do you really believe NK would fire only one missile? Totally illogical, but what can one expect from the right wing radio listening paranoid sheep?
