Incorrect--Bush stupidly handed it over to the UN, who in turn did nothing but ask the US for money. Nice try though...
Huh? Are you making this up as you go along or have you been living in another dimension for the past 5 years. Bush did not hand over either Iraq or Afghanistan to the UN. Bush did hand the Korean situation over because by that point he had made America into a paper tiger through his bungling and everyone knew it. Should he have invaded N. Korea and if so with which, army? Not the US army of the period they were stop lossing just to keep up with the two wars already occuring and not to mention he lacked the political will for a draft which would have been the only way to raise the troops needed.
This is assuming that North Korea has a nuclear warhead ready to be affixed to a three stage missile. The latest NK nuclear test was estimated at a few kilotons, Hiroshima was hit with a 15 kiloton bomb. The missile also must hit the target and not fail as their last two test firings have. And Ticondiroga class guided missile cruisers have the Aegis weapons system, capable of hitting an incoming warhead. We recently took out one of our own satellites with a version of this weapons system. I believe North Korea is bluffing , however we still need to take them seriously but without any hysteria or "hyping" up the situation.

Im talking about North Korea, not Iraq or Afghanistan--hoe got congressional approval for those.
Uh nothing. N. Korea not only tested Nuclear weapons while Bush was president but also Taepodong-2 missiles, the very missiles that are supposedly to be used in the hypothetical situation.
Bush did nothing except spew cowboy rhetoric and make America look like a paper tiger following his bungled invasions of Iraq and Afganistan.
True. Those of us who have been following politics for a while have a knowledge base to recall that most presidents don't fire off a nuclear weapon when another nation threatens us.

Yes, BUSH turned it over to the UN. Nice try at blaming the UN.
Yep the moron did turn it over to the UN, because he had us involved in Afghanistan which was justified, but he had us in Iraq which was killing our military. Had we not been there fighting his MADE UP war, we would have had the man power and resources to deal with real nuclear threats like North Korea!
I think you can tell by his supporters that he would and they would support non-action against any and all threats and would also support non-action if they carry this out and hit Hawaii and kill American citizens on American soil.

Obama and his supporters. It's clear they don't see a threat at all with missiles aimed at the USA and don't want a thing done to stop it - maybe someone can go over and ask nicely that the North Korean dictators stop it but if they don't.....well... we wouldn't want to offend them.
