You realize that the majority of Americans still identify themselves as "conservative"? When the GOP works out its image problem, you lose.
Take it from the guy who walked away from them most recently. By the time the GOP works out their image problem, the Yankees will lose... the 2112 World Series... to a team on Mars.

And there's no possible way that a true conservative would be so hell-bent on the destruction of the American President. A true conservative would not call another senator a "clown." A true conservative would not call a democratically-elected POTUS a "socialist," a "communist," a "terrorist" by association, and certainly wouldn't call a democratically-elected POTUS "Hitler." The Republican Party is unhinged, taken over by cranks and rage-fueled extremist right-wingers.

You don't see the hypocrisy?
There is no hypocrisy. What Bush did to this country is a matter of record and fact. The excoriation of Obama--which has been going on since long before he was even elected--is nothing but right-wing, paranoid, hateful lies.

So who is going to be the next GOP Superstar then? Surely, there must be someone ready to step up to the plate and fix this image problem ASAP. Can you give us a name? Has this person been born yet?

It is not a popularity contest. I knew you were never a Republican. Wowed by the rock-star Obama, were ya?
