She said she was going fishing but we now know how "honest" she is , this "Perfect Representative of the Republican Party"
If I had to guess, I'd say she's out on their set net. It's not a terribly long fishery and it's part of their yearly income. Todd pretty much has to be there right now.
Either that or she's back down in Texas haunting the Exxon offices some more.

Interesting indeed. I have no idea how anyone can defend her at this point. Heh. I knew Andrew Sullivan would be having a field day with this. He hates her with a venomous passion. Given that he's a conservative, I actually enjoy watching his hatred of her put to words.
He's a conservative but at least HE has the backbone to admit what a horrible mistake she was....many repubs and/or conservatives haven't found that courage yet.....
Didn't Kathleen Sebelius and Janet Napolitano do the same thing?

As a Kansan I was proud that my governor was promoted to serve on a national level. If she'd given an incoherent speech to announce she was quitting with a year and a half to go, then gone on a book tour or high dollar speaking engagements or even to focus on a run for the presidency in 2012 you can bet I'd feel differently.

Why break with tradition at this late date...I doubt she'll do any state business at all in the next three weeks. I do tend to believe she's out on their set net though. And I'm sure she has some of her old clothing left from before the Repubs tarted her up.
