We need more sticter laws against sex offenders. Also a good idea is for them to have sex with prostitutes.. Like to have a place where all sex offenders can be with the prostitutes in a location. Then I think it will decrease the amount of sex offenders there are.
Chinese people can be brutal about a lot of things in that country.
But i do like that idea censusdata
I think we should put them in Jail for a good 25 years without bail or early release and have them under strict curfews when they are released...
I also think they should tatoo SEX OFFENDER on all of their foreheads after proven guilty IN ALL SERIOUSNESS
I also agree with the prostitution comment.. It should be legal since so many peoples innocence are being broken without a choice from the people who can't get any.

How about we leave them alone and protect our families and keep an eye on people that you allow to get close to your kids. Most sex offenders know their victims personally and have one of the lowest rates of recidivism.....
