How is spending $9Trillion that we don't have going to help the economy?
Why does obama want a civilian security force? He wants them as well trained as our military and as well funded.

Oh, yeah. Just like the capture of dealers' computers by the Government in the Cash for Clunkers program. I'm sure there's an innocent reason for that too.

Every dictator collected information on as many as possible. Every dictator formed their own civilian force and every dictator wanted full control of the people. hussein obama and his criminal administration should NOT be trusted.

These are Glenn Beck's "questions", and they're all misleading and designed to put you in a state of fear. Look them up at a neutral source, if you're not afraid to.
I suppose the questions are without answers because Glenn hasnt provided you with answers.
You dont have answers, and never will, because you dont research for yourself.
Subsidy and surtax looks like the reason.
Do I think it's necessary?
No.
Even though it would probably necessitate more paperwork and would mean many that could qualify but wouldn't provide the needed information, I don't think there are enough security measures possible to prevent misuse.
