I just told you! Do you not know who judge Andrew Napolotano is? He said it just toninght on Fox. It is unconstitutional, if the Federal government provides it for one class of people, to deny it to another.
Judge Napolotano needs to take bar refresher course, since there are clearly outlined "protected classes" of which being an illegal alien is not one of them. If that were the case the restriction against illegal aliens who PAY Social Security payroll taxes yet are ineligible for Social Security payments would have been declared unconstitutional long ago.
Well, Fact Check is half right. While the bill may not include illegals, Napalotano says that it cannot exclude them. If it tries, it will be declared "unconstitutional".
It doesn't matter. The government cannot discriminate" based on class. If coverage is provided for one class, it must provide it for all.
Judge Napalotano is a Constitutional Attorney. I believe him. He is probably one of the best there is.

Illegals CAN NOT recieve medicaid.. PERIOD. they can't cross the border and claim for medicaid. You must FIRST PROVE THAT YOU FALL BELOW THE POVERTY LEVEL.. which means you have to have FILED US TAXES. If you are ILLEGAL.. more often times than not you have no documents to prove anything. .. that's first.

AND.. that means that ANYONE who can and will PAY for the coverage WILL BE ABLE TO PAY for the coverage...
AND there are measures in the BILL ..as mentioned in a post above linking to the article.. THAT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR CREDITS OR SUBSIDIES TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS in obtaining the public option.. WHICH AGAIN.. ISN'T FREE HEALTH INSURANCE.
Also..if they could already get FREE health insurance as you so seem to think they can..then there would be NO UNINSURED ILLEGALs.. because they would be COVERED BY MEDICAID.. and they are not.
No body is arguing that illegals recieve health CARE.. no one can be refused when the walk into an ER seeking treatment.. and in those cases their IMMEDIATE..not long term needs must be met..

That means that YES.. an illegal CAN get the public option.

NOTHING in HR 3200 is giving ANYTHING away for FREE.. FREE MEDICAL CARE ALREADYEXISTS ...it's called MEDICAID!!!
