After watching that video of "her" victory run last month, there was no doubt in my mind that "he" wasn't a "she".

How unfortunate to learn this information from the international media.

I feel sorry for "him/her".

WORLD athletics is in crisis with tests showing champion runner Caster Semenya is a hermaphrodite - a person with both female and male sexual characteristics. The tests, not yet publicly released, show the 18-year-old has no womb or ovaries.

There was also an Indian athlete who failed a gender test and attempted suicide.

I took one look at that person and knew it was a man, not a woman.

Not sure what the solution is to the sports issues.

Is this news absolutely certain? I heard this info came for an anonymous source. If this is true, I feel so bad for her. She clearly considered herself to be female her whole life, and I really can't imagine the identity crisis this news will cause.

Interesting. If they take the medal, are they going to check for everyone's ovaries and set a testosterone limit?
