8 people shot in downtown office building. I heard on the radio 2 were dead, but can not confirm yet. The shooter is supposedly in custody.

News is still breaking...

This is why we should all carry guns...it should be the law that all Americans are armed at all times...who would attack us then?

My sympathy goes to the family and friends of the victims.

Must be terrorists again! I suspect someone will find that whatever nutbag did this, once walked past a mosque somewhere.

But I don't really WANT to be armed at all times. I have enough trouble managing my dog with my cell phone and whatever else. They're saying it was a former employee, I doubt he'd care if everyone else had a weapon.

Anyway, horrible situation. Makes me glad I telecommute.

Agreed. But, the state run media and all the anti gun whackos will say the exact opposite.

Absolutely - I worked with a guy who threatened the boss with the Club (the car theft deterrent thing)

the didn't even fire the guy, but he was later arrested for domestic violence.
