Well, I get the complaint though... We send suspects off to other countries with the "assurance" that they won't be tortured, but know that the laws of those lands don't necessarily outlaw it... So what do we think is going to happen to them, right?
I don't know where I fall on this one really. I think I take SOME comfort in the fact that we aren't the ones doing it, but yeah, there's some moral responsibility still....
