During the interview, Cheney laced his concerns with a broader critique of Obama’s foreign and national security policy, saying Obama’s nuanced and at times cerebral approach projects “weakness” and that the president is looking “far more radical than I expected.”
“Here’s a guy without much experience, who campaigned against much of what we put in place ... and who now travels around the world apologizing,” Cheney said. “I think our adversaries — especially when that’s preceded by a deep bow ... — see that as a sign of weakness.”
Love it. He is exactly right. What has all that groveling and self-abasement gotten the US? Not one damn thing.

“One of their top people will be given the opportunity — courtesy of the United States government and the Obama administration — to have a platform from which they can espouse this hateful ideology that they adhere to,” he said.
They have to find some way to put the US and the Bush Admin on trial. What better way than this, as well as giving "aid and comfort" to the enemy.
Like Cheney or not, there is no refuting his words.
America is fast turning into a door mat for other nations to wipe their feet on under Obamas watch.
This weakness is often confused by the lefties as a newfound "respect" within the world order
The "attack the messenger" crowd should be along shortly...
Like Cheney or not, there is no refuting his words. Sure there is, especially since Obama has done none of the things he calims, or more correctly, has done none of what the propaganada he is simply repeating claims he has done.
America is fast turning into a door mat for other nations to wipe their feet on under Obamas watch. As I said, nothing more than rhetoric, no basis in actual truth or reality.
This weakness is often confused by the lefties as a newfound "respect" within the world order. First off it is not weakness, takes strength to be a diplomat, something the man before him lacked.
The "attack the messenger" crowd should be along shortly...
The same old lame catch all reply, but the reality is when someone uses a messenger as an example in an attempt to prove their point then the messenger becomes fair game. It comes down to this; Cheney is doing nothing more than mouthing the same old accusations coming from the far right in an attempt to attack the President. The facts do not back up his accusations, but since when has he let facts get in the way. Never forget it is up to those making accusations to prove them to be true, it is the up to everyone else to prove them wrong. So, let me ask this; if Cheney is so smart how on earth did he screw up so much as VP and why didn't he run after Bush ran out of time?

Pretty clear his statements are backed up by the facts...just look at what happened on obama's recent Asia trip. China, Russia and Iran are walking all over him.

Where did he screw up? He was one of the influential and effective VP's ever.
Why would he want to run? He's got a heart problem, he's getting up there in age and he's been in government for a long time.
Well said. Cheney reminds me of the type of guy I used to pick on in school. You know, the ones that put up this front of superiority when actually trying to deal with the reality of there own feelings of inferiority. Cheney, unfortunately, got to a position of power and still exercised that "superior" front. Greatly contributing to the result, a lot of young Americans dead(with more to come) and a mess in the Middle east that will take a long time to remove ourselves from. Not to mention a legacy of Torture to overcome. Why anybody would put any credence in what he has to say, I will never understand.
Actually, America as a whole is once again slowly gaining respect in the rest of the western world, as well as other parts of the world, simply because reasoning seems to be back on the table again.
Oh and like Cheney ran things any better than Hillary is running them.
His puppet George was no better or worse than the new puppet Barry.
When did Hillary become Vice President?
