I guess I'm not 100% clear. So she spent the gift cards at Best Buy when it was given to her to be given to the poor and she claims that she thought that they were meant for her?
If that's the case then it is indeed a toughie. I would want to know more before condemning her. Maybe it was an honest mistake. Although it goes to another ethics issue, which would be politicians accepting gifts from organizations.

yep...it was a set-up...see the white politicians all get together and they systematically plot against us. i wouldn't be surprised if they told her the gift cards were for her and then BAM! turned her in...tricky tricky trick
