You got that right. In addition the rich would go overseas and the poor would be dying in alleys from botched abortions here. I remember well what it was like before abortion was legal. I lost a friend to a back alley abortion back in high school. She got pregnant by her father, a deacon in his church. Even regular doctors could be found who would do what they called "expressing your period" if you were late.

Anyone who thinks making abortion illegal will stop them are fooling themselves. They have been around since the days of the Bible when the preferred method was dropping heavy rocks on pregnant bellies. What will happen is that there will be a rise in deaths from illegal abortions and after too many people lose their daughters, wives, girlfriends, coworkers, mothers to an illegal abortion people will up rise and get the law reversed again. Keep it safe, legal and rare.

Murder would continue by women who choose it as a lifestyle decision as in "Today I'll get my nails done, stop at the supermarket for some food and have a baby sucked out of me."

Your questions are on several levels.
If Roe Versus Wade was overturned it would not make illegal. It would turn it over to the states. The Pro Life movement would have to make it a 50 state front to make it illegal. Pro abortion side would only have to win in one state.

However if it was snmade illegal we would have more people who might become great citizens of this country. rather than look at the negative as the pro abortionists choose to do. Pro abortions will Say these kids would be abused illiterate and criminals that helps justify killing them. I prefer to think that these kids might grow into productive helpful citizens as many kids born into poverty do great things with their life.
Pro Abortionists want to kill them and make abortion a class warfare.

Pro choice prefers to give life a chance

Women would have illegal abortions. Always did, always will.

Obviously you've never discussed the decision making process involved with having an abortion with someone who actually had one, probably because a pro-choice person would not engage you in that conversation and an anti-abortion person would keep her decision a secret.

Abortion would fall back into the hands of the states and the American people.

If states outlawed abortion, lots of women would be arrested and jailed. Any existing children they have would be shuttled around to relatives or become wards of the state. If their husbands or boyfriends were complicit, they would be arrested and jailed as well.

When abortions were outlawed before, neither women nor providers went to jail on any regular basis. If there were complications and a woman died, maybe someone was prosecuted. But many, many abortions were performed in hospitals by doctors.

Very well summed up. Thank you.
