Actually, the poll doesn't say that Palin tied for first. It says that Palin came in second. Followed by Oprah and then by First Lady Obama.

16-15 is basically a tie, especially with the MoE.

15-15 is a tie. 16-15 would place Hillary ahead of Palin. You can call it a virtual tie with reference to the margin of error. But not an actual tie, since the results places Hillary ahead.

Virtually tied? No. One had 16% and the other 15%. One got votes from at least 6% of the other party...the other didn't even get 1%.

There is no tie. And pretty good results for the woman whom the LEFT and the RIGHT has tried to destroy.

I was thinking the same thing!

Hillary got the heat from the extreme left AND the right.

She's probably one of the most brilliant minds in American politics today, male or female. Not the best politician, however, as she was outmaneuvered by lessers.

And has been working to destroy for over 15 years, as opposed to the mere 15 minutes of Palin fame to date.

Since the allegation is demonstrably false, I hope you didn't get your hopes too high, since you are sure to be disappointed.

that is not a tie. It is close, but second place is second place. still not bad, but not a tie for first. some posters really have trouble with stats and math.

why don't you glance at the bar graph in the link, and see who's heads are going to explode. 3 out of the top 4 women are democrats. Obama leads the men with no one else anywhere even close.
