I think this spelling is trying to imply that she is masculine by making her name look like Michael. She didn't have an Arabic name to make her look like a Muslim terrorist so this is the best he can do. The desperation is out of control. It is kind of funny that someone would actually try to equate the president's role as a leader to sweet potatoes in the Whitehouse garden. Attacking a man's wife is just tacky and classless but I can't say that I'm surprised.

When I first saw her the only thing I was thinking her mom being in the basement of the WH doing some kind of voodoo dance to get the garden to grow faster or make those sweet taters show up out of the sky.

Ok, so they photoshopped in sweet potatoes into an old photo from October to make it look like they have sweet potatoes.
She is wearing wellies type boots in that photo, not dress shoes.
