Is there documentation of that? She lived in Seattle in August of 1961.
Yes, there is. His birth certificate that the state of Hawaii has authenticated. What proof to you say there is that his mother lived in Seattle in August of 1961? And how does that change the fact the he was born in Hawaii if she did live in Seattle? He was born on the 4th. She could have moved later in the month or she could have been visiting in Hawaii just to wait out the birth with her family around her. That would have been a realistic thing for a girl to do back in the 60s.

How realistic would it have been for an 18 year old girl to move from Hawaii to Seattle by herself with a weeks old baby in 1961?

How realistic is it for the State Department, the Republican governor of Hawaii, and the newspaper from 1961 all to be a part of a paranoid conspiracy?

It doesn't mean anything, other than the fact that this guy is grasping for straws.
The Certification of Live Birth that Obama has provided does not list his mother's place of residence.
Are you claiming it's supposed to?
