In their continuing dedication to the "openness" and "transparency" guaranteed by Great Leader, Great Leader himself along with his lackeys Reid and Pelosi in tow have assured us that we are merely days away from finalizing their secret, back-room deal on ObamaCare. And their plan, according to all credible reports, is to try and ram it through the House and Senate before anyone – especially the American people – has a chance to learn what's in it. Ah the true meaning of Oba-"transparency" is vindicated. Doth this not bear a similar memory to the stimulus urgency? Hasten, hasten 'fore the innocent come to know what we have wrought! The Emanuel influence is pre-eminent here.

In fact, it’s becoming more apparent by the day that even most Congressional Democrats will not be provided time to read the final ObamaCare bill before they are forced to vote on it.

Simply put, we are running out of time to stop this so-called “reform” effort that will result in your health care being rationed by federal bureaucrats who possess the power and compassion of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)... federal bureaucrats who will ultimately, in effect, make the health care decisions for you and your family... who will decide how much care your family can receive and when and where and how you can receive it.

We are running out of time to stop your doctor's office or your preferred hospital from resembling your local Department of Motor Vehicles.

In short, we are running out of time to stop Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid from socializing our nation’s health care system and bankrupting our great nation in the process.

If there’s an odor in the hermetically sealed room where Obama, Pelosi, Reid and liberal proponents of ObamaCare secretly concoct and plot, it’s the stench of political selfishness. It’s this self-fulfilling notion that they must “pass something, anything” – even if it’s against the wishes of the people they claim to represent – for the distorted sake of perceived political expediency.

Only the most dishonest or most ignorant make the claim that the Republicans made an honest effort to work with Democrats on health care reform.

I could post videos of them admitting to trying to obstruct the process from the very start. There was even an RNC memo sent out detailing obstuctionist tactics.

The GOP is not in the room for final negotiations because they didn't make the effort to be in the room. None of them voted for either version of the bills being discussed.

Yet the right wing cry babies still whine?................... Is it ignorance or malice?

Of course the GOP was against it and has tried to stop it. It's a bad bill all around that NOBODY wants. The GOP rightly realized that there was no room for them at the negotiating table. Their views would not have been taken into account when formulating this bill, because the Dumbocrats had their majorities in the House and Senate.... it's their way or the highway and if you didn't like their way and opposed it, you're labeled an obstructionist. If they were not given an opportunity to help shape the legislation, then they should oppose it. It's not bipartisan. It's a laundry list of bribes, backroom deals, and crap wrapped up into a 2K+ POS. Anybody who is for this bill is doing the american public a disservice. Why wouldn't the GOP oppose it?

At this point its merely an ego thing. The American people clearly don't want this bill, but Democrats insist on pressing forward because to do otherwise would signal total failure on their part. This is a bill to salvage ego, not a bill that is for the betterment of America.

LOLOLOL As if the motivation of the GOP was ever about what people want. I mean seriously, that has to be the funniest post I've seen here.

Imagine that? Wonder why that is? Because that certainly never happened during the years that the GOP controlled congress.

Oh wait.

Clearly you have no clue what you are talking about. [Again]

This Gallup poll came out 3 days ago.

"Would you advise your member of Congress to vote for or against a health care bill this year, or do you not have an opinion?" If no opinion: "As of today, would you say you lean more toward advising your member of Congress to vote for a health care bill, or lean more toward advising your member of Congress to vote against a health care bill?" Combined responses

And the Dumbocrats are doing what the people want? What percent of the population actually supports this bill? Yeah, thought so.

What part of 49% doesn't register to you as a non-majority? Just because more American's are For than than there are Against doesn't mean there's a majority. And you tell ME I have no clue? Holy crap.

But, instead of triviality, why don't you ask yourself and your fellow Democrats why there is such low approval for this wonderful bill? If this bill is so good, there would indeed be a majority. But of course, there's not a majority. Not even a WEAK majority. So, instead of petty politics, you should be asking yourself why your inept Democrats in Congress can't do something that America truly wants?

Answer that for us.
