I don't think there's anything wrong with people having to be clean to receive welfare.

What about unemployment benefits or disability?

Contrary to popular mythology, very few welfare recipients actually want to be on public assistance. It is extremely demoralizing for the individual receiving those benefits.

Do you have some stats to back that up because there are studies that show that welfare mothers beget welfare children.

and many are disabled or mentally ill,,,,,,,,but yes we should all give up rights whenever in need
