Obviously you have never heard of The Office. It's British program that is now a huge hit in the US. Let's not forget that American Idol is a spinn off of Britains' Pop Idol. I am assuming you have never "actually" been to England, either.
I just want to know when we are going to get our version of Top Gear.

Although, it will be tough to beat the original.

IF he is losing viewers and IF he is losing sponsors, then his show will be cancelled. You know, like what happened to Air America.

Of course it is paramount to censor Glenn Beck and any other opponent of the glorious socialist revolution, started in 1935.

We live in a socialist paradise, where one must pay taxes to live, work, buy, sell and die. Where "Free Americans" need government permission (license) to wed, enter occupations, travel by automobile, fly, transmit radio signals, treat the sick, buy and sell medical materials, run a business, build a house (and you dare not annoy the zoning board!) and own a dog.

Of course, those who benefit from the labor of all those enumerated human resources think it's dandy. All those bureaucrats, politicians, tax takers, and 'entitled' masses yearning to enjoy benefits, won't tolerate non-compliance.

IMHO, slavery is a lousy way to run a society. Call it socialism, collectivism, progressiveism, communism, marxism, or just plain piracy - it boils down to using GOVERNMENT to deprive one person for the benefit of another.

If you like platitudes, remember to preface "No one should suffer / die because they lack {fill in the blank}", with "No one should be compelled to labor for another, so that...."

Slavery is never an acceptable solution to the ills of mankind.

To illustrate:
"No one should be compelled to labor for another, so that no one should suffer from unemployment and poverty."

Voluntary charity is a blessing.
Compulsory charity is a curse.

It would seem more and more people ARE taking Fox seriously - VERY seriously as is evidenced by the increasing viewership/listenership numbers.

CNN / MSNBC are going down, down - soon out

Let the left wallow in their fear. Beck will continue to grow.
Beck as a conservative leader? Now I am scared! Ditto Palin. And the hussein obama thing is just childish.

BTW, fear is used against us all, whether conservative or liberal or somewhere in between.

In the words of the immortal popsters, Devo..."Freedom of choice is what we got. Freedom from choice is what we need." A sad commentary on their faith in mankind, in general? Or the absolute truth?

Not likely. This is probably just the pendulum swinging to the right just as it did (to the left) during the period where Bush's ratings plummeted to all time lows.
