Liberal tolerance. It's a wonderful thing.

Willful ignorance...it's scary.

I don't think I've ever claimed to be tolerant of others so please don't act like I did.

I prefer to think of it as bliss.

It is so funny to watch so many people complain about the cost of health care rising, and then block any attempt to provide more coverage for people because it's evil socialism. It's like throwing a boomerang and wondering why you get hit in the back of the head by one a few seconds later. No clue to follow logical steps that one causes the other.

It is saddening to me that most opposed to health care reform seem to care more about health care insurance company profits than about access to affordable, quality healthcare for everyone. While I hold some conservative views, and many liberal views, I just can't identify with the selfishness of the conservative movement these days.

It is sad when the losing side of an argument can only call names. Free minds and Free markets. Free to live and Free to die. Anyone who thinks Washington DC has not enough power is seriously missing the beauty of competitive excellence. It isn't perfect, but it is innovative, where as government is stifling. Rather than mistakenly believing politicians can deliver a perfect system, lets all take on the responsibility to help in our own state, town, and stop worshiping the false idol centralized planning. Stifling.

It does have everything to do with he and his administration, and his policies and his politics. They could have yes made quite a statement, but no they have not, they have showed us just how, crude, and secretive, and stubbon, they all can be. The blame game this late in any one's game does get quite old and stale. Most can see what is going on around them, they can see how many people are suffering, yet they opt to put the blame on someone else, do they not see that who is in power is not the Savior they thought he would be. That all the fancy talk about CHANGE, CHANGE, CHANGE, would end up being our Downfall.
I'm with you on this one for sure...

When will we wake up?

Insurer handed out bonuses, planned huge rate increase | McClatchy
While Anthem Blue Cross proposed a 39 percent rate increase on thousands of its California customers, its parent company gave 39 of its executives more than $1 million each and spent more than $27 million on 103 lavish executive retreats, congressional investigators said Wednesday.

look, if a national health care system is sooooooooooooo great, then why dont the unions and all members of congress have to participate in it?

because they all know it is a waste of time.

In what? The VA? That's the only national system we have. There's Medicare which is single payer insurance.
