Look closely at the time this thread was posted compared to the "If Obama dies . . ." This was the first thread that provoked the usual anti-Obama madness of some. Anyway, you live in California; do you even know anyone here who admits voting Republican?

Actually yes, I personally know TONS of republicans within the South Eastern part of LA county and most of them are not white.

There couldn't be too many. Is there actually any Republican in office anywhere in metro LA? Maybe Orange county would be a better fit. No offense btw.

I did not say we were in the majority but we do exist. I'm fine right where I'm at as LA county is my home. I think you really should interact more with those who differ from you politically-speaking ... Might be an educational experience for you kiddo.

There aren't any people my age who claim to be Republicans but to be honest many kids really don't pay any attention. At my school we got to vote for president just to see what the feelings were towards Obama & McCain. It was over 90% for Obama. Actually the only Republicans I know are on this forum. What hurts Republicans is their anti-gay & racists tendencies. I know not all Republicans are old-fashioned but it seems too many really make it difficult for young Americans to even consider voting for them. I was on the student for Obama committee so I am a bit biased btw. Plus my uncles are labor union officials who work for Democratic candidates. Sort of a family thing

No, most Americans won't grieve unless his popularity increases.

You have to at least admit that Cheney is pro-gay [which is pretty rare for Republicans].
