I don't think so. the media would've brushed it under the rug as some guy who fell asleep and crashed his plane into a buidling at night. usually how it would play out. the media probably would'nt have addressed his letter or the fact his anger was aimed at the IRS.
Also, I think Joe wanted a lot of people to see him. And If you know the proxy of the crash, it wasn't a "dive" like WW is claiming because the buildings cascade in height in that area so at worse he was in a slant angle in which lots of people would see him coming in. that's why I wondered where this guy Hunter was to have not seen the plane coming in?
