God these people complain about everything...when they're not hurling wild unfounded speculation about Obama's underlying "socialist" motives, they are whining about him not cow-towing to them...and before that, during the campaign, they were complaining that he was too soft/weak...
just a bunch of effing crybaby's and sore losers...Republicans will find anything to whine about..
OP- Didn't King Arthur create a round table so none of his squabbling knights could feel superior to another? That might work.
I suggest putting all the supporters at one table and the Republican opponents down the hall in the men's lavatory so they could dispose of their ideas more efficiently.
Yup, stalling and not doing what they were elected to do...its sad...its so obvious that all these congressmen are going to do is stall and bicker until about August or september, at which time they will come to a consensus RIGHT before the election, so that they can tout how they, the incumbents, have recently worked in a bipartisan fashion to solve a huge social issue..of course they are banking on the hope that the newly passed legislation will completely overshadow the last year and 6 months of getting absolutely NOTHING accomplished.

and that still wont get either party elected come November.
GOP leaders want to avoid giving Mr. Obama the upper hand... First they said they didn't want the president at a podium where he might lecture them like when he took questions from House Republicans last month.
While the White House wanted the table to have the president at the center, the Republicans said the table should look make everyone a bit more equal...
I don't know why Obama is wasting his time on this. I'll be shocked if he gets one Republican vote for health care reform.
0bama lacked the leadership to get his super majority democrats to vote for it, so don't be shocked if he cannot get republicans to vote for it now.
