So says Jon Eisenberg, the lawyer who won a landmark decision against the government in Northern California's U.S. District Court Wednesday on a wiretapping case.

What? How can this be?

Obama 'Even Worse' Than Bush On Secret Wiretapping Case, Says S.F. Lawyer - San Francisco News - The Snitch

Quote:
Eisenberg told SF Weekly that government lawyers working for Obama had been "more strident" than those working for Bush, refusing to let him see important federal documents related to the case even after he was approved for a top-secret security clearance.

"Even though I have the security clearance, I don't have the 'need to know,' so I can't see anything," Eisenberg said. "This is Obama. Obama! Mr. Transparency! Mr. Change! It's exactly what Bush would have done."
Don't tell me you're another that was duped by that load of BS, Mr. Eisenberg.

I mean this seems like a daily occurrence with Obama.

So, in his own words this lawyer says "I don't have the 'need to know' " and we're supposed to be upset he isn't shown secret documents?

Just another baseless bash Obama whine, the sour grape vine continues to yield a bumper crop.

Of course you have misconstrued what he said.

According to the obama administration, he doesn't have a "need to know", even though the court has given him classified clearance.

Of course, the leftists will attempt to dismiss this controversy, just like all the rest. Imagine that, when the Left used to rail and gnash their teeth about the "abuses" of Bush, you have a lawyer that just won a wiretapping case saying that obama is actually worse than bush, and what do we get? Ho-hum.

Funny, I actually recall something totally different on these threads. When we do make the correlation between Bush and Obama, we're told this is NOT ABOUT BUSH...Bush is no longer President yada yada yada

Actually, it's more like you misconstrue 'clearance' to mean 'all access'.

Guess again

Your clairvoyance stick is broken...but thanks for trying to speak for left, yet again since you haven't spoken to every person on the left, you would be once again WRONG.
