I think the worst part is this was a lawmaker, someone of power and influence, and they couldn't keep themselves from acting as if they were on a school playground. Someone at this level should know better and doesn't belong there at all.

I don't like having to check the TV Guide to see if I'm watching a serious political debate or The Jerry Springer Show.

having a shoe thrown at you.. and being called a child murderer are two different things sweetheart...one instance you get smacked for being stupid and the other you are being accused of aiding in murdering babies...

Are you kidding? That was one of the funniest events ever captured on tv. People from all over the world were laughing so hard that much of the anti-
American feelings diminished. Americans had a good laugh themselves after Bush's war cost our nation 4000 dead and billions of American $. It was like karma & showed the world how insignificant and impotent Bush was!!

Silly comparison. That was an Iraqi reporter who did that. I expect more civilized behavior from U.S. Congressmen - especially on the House floor while another Congressman is making an important statement.

Reminder that Republicans that voted for the Iraq war literally called someone a baby killer.

This is nothing compared to a British House of Commons meeting. Our legislature is way too boring. I call for more outbursts from both sides.

The fact that you can even come up w/that & try to compare the two is humorous beyond belief. Nice try but that was a big ole funny fun fun fail.

I think it was wrong to yell "Baby Killer."

Coward would have been more accurate.
