fascism and pro-corporation are opposing ideas. One cannot be both.

Examples of Fox News Anchors:

Shepard Smith (on his 7PM ET show), Brett Baier, Trace Gallagher, Brian Wilson, Jim Angle (does double duty sometimes).

Examples of Fox Opinion jockeys/hosts:

Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Greta Van Susteren, Neil Cavuto, Geraldo Rivera

(sorry, I only know the names of the ones I see between 4PM and 11PM)

Fox Opinion jockeys and their substitutes, like Laura Ingraham, are not fair and balanced BECAUSE they are opinion jockeys. Their shows are about opinion. People with opinions are one sided by the very nature of the word "opinion."

But each of those opinion jockeys also have reporters/correspondents who report on the news within their shows. Patti Ann Browne, for example, reports news during Glenn Beck. If you can point to anyone who reports news, is a correspondent or is a news anchor on Fox News and is not fair and balanced, let us know.
Exactly !!!

Everytime I hear someone bashing FOX for leaning right they use some opinion guy as an example. Never a news person. Never.

Hows come the lefties never tried to say CNN wasn't fair and balanced when Lou Dobbs and Glen Beck were on there. They never once confused Dobbs or Beck as newsmen. Same with Tucker Carlson on MSNBC. Never once confused him as a newsman. But they want Laura Ingram to be all fair and balanced? LOLs.

And Shepard Smith is about as progressive as they get. And he does news on FOX.

And Geraldo and Greta would never be confused with some right winger.

I don't even watch FOX all that much and I can figure that out.

Sorry OP. Your thread FAILED.

Here's a hint - in opinion programming, people are paid to go on the air and express their opinions...

Then why don't they call the GOP propaganda channel..Faux Opinions?

Why don't they call MSNBC... the MSNBC Opinions... or the woodies for 'Bama.

Each of the channels does some news, some opinion. Apparently Fox out opinions the rest or there wouldn't be so many whiners about the ratings.

Part of the problem is that Faux has the laughable gall to claim they're "Fair and Balanced"...

What's the point? Even their most ardent supporters admit they lean to the right..the only disagreement appears to be on how far..

If you don't like Fox then don't watch Fox.

Why you all worried about a channel you don't watch anyway?

Because some people actually believe the lies. I can't think of anything that is doing a better job of tearing our country apart.

Because they really do watch Fox. Do you really believe the "I was just channel surfing and stumbled upon...."

I channel surf, too, but I don't stop on MSNBC for whole segments any more than I would stop on the golf channel for 10 minutes.
