When people awake in the morning we have HOPE. That is the most positive thing we have experienced since George annihilated this country.

I am just glad I lived to see it within my lifetime.

I Lovvvvve my President!

Hopefully, you are not being serious.

What exactly is this "hope?" Putting us even more in debt? Forcing government-run health insurance which the majority of Americans don't want?

Can you give me actual reasons why you Lovvvvve our president. I can think of a few reasons to why I do not.
He promised transparency and then had so many closed door deals to get this health plan passed.
He promised to close Gitmo and it is still open.
He has not actually gotten anything passed that is improving our economy.
He has apologized to everyone that will listen except the American people.
He can not name one player for Chicago White Sox after he claimed to be a fan when he was younger. (just had to throw that one in)
His health care plan has so many legal issues that it hopefully it will not pass the legal test and will have to be scratched and a better plan implemented.
His Illegal Aunt is still living in this country as far as I know.

Really? What hope would that be?

If you're a young black person, the UE rate is the worst it's ever been. If you're a young person, ditto.

This thread for the most part proves why we cant get anything done in this country. It turns into petty bickering back and forth and there hasnt been many democrats name a single thing Obama has done to improve this country that will help us. Its been Bush is gone ding dong. Bush is gone. Bush was going to be gone no matter what because his term was up. Obama had nothing to do with that. Yeah ok we get it Bush is gone but what has Obama actually done to help this nation

His spending has actually hurt the US, preventing a "normal" recovery.

He took $1 Trillion + out of the private sector to spread it around to a long wish list of liberal pork barrel projects - The Failed Stimulus.

I dont have much hope.

I worry more then I ever have. For many life is nothing but worry right now how they are going to pay their bills because they cant find a job. People worry about the debt their children are going to have to repay.

Sorry but hope is gone for most in this country they want jobs
