Is there a name for the area that is just North of SW Becker Road and between Savona Avenue and I95? Thanks

If it has a name, it's a recently contrived one invented by realtors. Like "Torino" or "Paar Estates" lol.

But no, pretty sure it doesn't have a name. Most people will just say, "I live off California and Del Rio" or, "I live off Savona" when you're dealing with West of the Turnpike. Windmill Point and Park's Edge are the only long standing "neighborhoods" West of the Turnpike (besides the new gated developments like Sawgrass, Newport Isles, Tradition)....
