Shoreone,
It depends on the lot size. Just make sure you check the lot survey to ensure you can place a pool on the lot.

We have many homes that you can and some you can not. Do not rely on the apperance of the lot due to set backs and easements.

Thanks for considering Newport Isles. our dues or low since we do not have alot of over head and the Board trys to be reasonable when it comes to the budget and controls expeneses.

Shawn

Viscaya Falls homes have been found to have Chinese drywall in them. If you ARE looking at those homes please be sure you get that checked out. They have not completed the community even though they are doing "some" building. Also be aware of any home that backs on to the turnpike -- many do, and its not pleasant to look at cars going by from your second story or listen to the noise.

Newport Isles. Some very good prices in there at the moment. I can't forsee that you will make any kind of killing there on a sale for down the road.
