How many of you are seeing flooded streets? I'm pleasantly surprised at the very little I actually have seen so far. But I guess we're a bit early for drains to be plugged with fallen leaves yet.

When it was pouring hard yesterday, I saw some streets getting flooded (still driveable, but getting deep). When the heavy rain subsided, so did the water. Glad to see some areas drain fast at least.

We have one corner that always gets flooded during heavy rain. With this storm, it's a river.

Don't put your shorts and sandles away just yet, I'll be 70 on Thursday.

It looks like we have some nice weather coming up. I hope we don't miss out on all the lovely fall weather. It's still too early for winter! I have out-of-towners visiting for the next few weeks.

The jet stream is very active, very early this year. Looking at the long term forecast although the Pacific High somewhat reestablishes itself this week, it will be under attack from a series of Bering Sea systems. It cannot hold. Enjoy the break this week. It may be the last.

Seems like a little stormy weather can really age a person!

It was too cold and wet for September. What should we expect in October then? It seems, climate changes.
