LOL I feel so unwomanly for saying this but I think childbirth is so gross lol I guess thats one f the reasons why i dont want kids. i cant watch the discovery channel when it features this topic, nor videos on prepairing for childbirth. I remember ins chool they showed the mother pushing the baby out and I gagged lol. And then she kissed it before they cleaned it off- ugh Im done lol. I respect women so much and I think carrying and brining another person into this world is amazing, but childbirth makes me twitch lol

If you are so whimpy that you can't hadle it, do her a favor and make yourself scarce.
If you re a man, get in there and see that miracle. Blood is not so bad. Yes, it s bloody. Yes she is going to be in pain (unless she has a great epidural) but to be honored to be at the birth of your child....priceless.
When I went in to the birthing room with my wife I told her I would be there for her from the waist up. But once the baby starting coming out I had to watch. I wouldn't call it physically beautiful, I wouldn't want a big framed picture of it hanging over the sofa in my living room or anything. But I'm glad I watched.
What is the level of gross-out involved in childbirth? Just how disgusting is it?
Well, they don't put a 5 gallon bucket at the bottom of the bed for nothing...
Seriously though, it is quite bloody and a little "gross", but it is something that you and your spouse created out of love (in most cases) together. How can you not love that?
