Look Skinsguy I'm done with this screaming match. It's going nowhere, we have both made our points. We root for the same team, we should act like we're on the same side. I hope we can discuss the team without any carryover.

Apologies about the wife comment, good luck to you both on the pregnancy. Had I said "It's like calling a guy's wife fat" instead that would have been OK I guess. It was a simply analogy it was never personal. Thought that was obvious but you are clearly hypersensitive to any form of "insults" no matter how they were intended. So again I apologize.

Now please calm down already.

Tell that to the Cowboys, who have a star on their helmet - just like the Washington Stars would.
There used to be a USFL team in Philly named the Stars.
Last time I checked, they were the Dallas Cowboys, not the Dallas Stars (yes, I know they have a hockey team called the Dallas Stars). It's more the way it rolls off the City name. I think Dallas Stars works. I don't think Washington Stars works. Not to mention, since the Cowboys are a huge Washington rival, it would be kind of dumb to name your team something your biggest rival wears on it's helmet.

Agreed. I'm fine with Warriors with a spear on the helmet like the old days
