Though I don't know half the names on the list, I'd cast my vote for Mike Shanahan. I recall how when RGIII would barely stand up on the field that Shanahan kept him in the game. I think that ruined RGIII's leg and career. I watched that game and couldn't believe that Shanahan left him in with that injury.
