This week's result: Cowboys BEAT the Bengals 31-22

2008 Record: (4-1)

A win, and a touchdown for T.O. (maybe he'll shut up this week).
I do feel sorry for all the Chad Johnson or Ocho Cinco or whatever fans who were disappointed that he couldn't do his little dance on the star..... oh well..... 'Boys WIN. Have a good week folks.

The Bengals lost?

Oh, surprise SURPRISE.

*yawn*

As someone who lives in "Bengals territory", I assure you there are many of us who couldn't care less.

???? uh, ok. But this thread is for those who are apart of Cowboy Country. And we care.
Really, after NOT winning a playoff game since '96, every Cowboy fan should care about EVERY win we get.

BTW, this was a weekly score recap, if you haven't seen this thread......

I'm thinking one more turn and maybe his face shatters.
That's why you don't see him smile that much.

This game was way to close for the Boys.. Their secondary is suspect, to say the least.

Riiiiight. A weekly score recap. So that explains your smug remarks in the post I responded to. When you snidely refer to Chad fans who are disappointed that he can't do his little dance on your precious star, it goes beyond mere "score recaps".

Smug? Not so much, when you look at this: ESPN Blog

I was actually wrong here..... he said he was going to kiss the star..... still disrespectful, though. And plus, he didn't back it up, which makes it worse. It was bad enough when T.O. did it as a 49er and Eagle (and I'm still glad he got hit for that.... and also, noticed how you didn't mentioned what I said about him). whether or not he was really going to celebrate on the star, he still did nothin but flap his lips. I HATE that. It's bad enough we got T.O. talking, we don't need another flashy reciever coming in Texas Stadium trying to steal the spotlight off of a great game.

THAT is why I typed what I typed about Chad and his fans.

I am a die hard Cowboys fan. I am not liking what I am seeing. I am really concerned with Romo's lack of enthusiasm. I said before I am saying again....the defense under Campo is giving up too many points. How can you give up a 17 to 3 lead to an 0-4 team?

These Boys do not look like a Super Bowl team. Right now I see them getting eliminated from the playoff's in the Wild Card game.

As much as it pains me to say....The Giants and the Redskins are looking kick butt!!!!

The 'Boys lack of excitement (it seems) is a bit of a concern. But the way I see it, If they still have just one loss by week 8, I think they'll be ok.
This isn't a time to panic, since they are still winning.

Yes you are right. Looking at their schedule they should be atleast 8-1 when they meet up with the Giants.

I just sure hope they snap out of this funk that they are in. They should have totally dominated the Bengals.

Arizona will not be an easy win if they keep on playing like they have.

Last week the Boys dropped from the #1 Power Ranking to #4 in Dr. Z's list. And even former Cowboys star Deion Sanders fell off the Boys Bandwagon recently.
