Bills shocked everyone today with a great road win.

Allen looked very good today. At first I wondered if his accuracy issues would show up as well as the Bills throwing him as a starter too soon and not grooming him properly with a vet like KC did with Mahomes. Seems like he may be ready.

Bills were impressive yesterday and I would be very curious to see how well they do in Green Bay next week

Where is our friend Thundarr? Why is he always missing after good games?

Allen's potential is a mix of three different players rolled into one. He's got Went'z size, Cam's athletic ability and the arm of Patrick Mahomes.

I predict lots of highs and lows for him this season but just knowing that he is capable of playing at such a high level like we saw in the Vikings game gives me confidence that Allen will develop into a true franchise QB with time.

I'm not sure what is more surprising. The good game that Allen had or the fact that the defense has been lights out to the tune of only 9 points surrendered in the last six quarters of football.

Y'all will need Bills D to keep it up. That could push u guys into the playoffs again this year. It sucks that Kelvin Benjamin and the other receiver missed good balls thrown by Allen. KB made that statement about Cam (which he has shown inaccuracy) but it seems that the issue is more KB regressing.

Well, the team reverted to the mean. I expected that, but not this soon after how well they played last week.

Allen still clearly has a lot to learn about the league, and I hate that he has to learn it under these conditions... McDermott must pay special attention to his young QB going forward as this may be the norm of this season and Allen shouldn't take it personally...

I don't want Allen to lose confidence in himself, but he must improve under pressure. That said, it is really hard to do so when he literally doesn't have a second to think with the pocket collapsing repeatedly. I hope McDermott or somebody will really mentor Allen and keep his spirits up.

The defense was OK today. Nothing special, but they kept the team in the game. The offense just couldn't deliver on anything.

Kudos to Aaron Rodgers. I picked the Bills because he was obviously unhealthy, but he is one who can play thru it. Good for him.

Was hoping Allen would look more competent today but I am still happy about his performance the previous week. That gave us an idea of what Allen can be when everything goes right. It is always tough playing a team on the road that is coming off of a bad loss like Green Bay was. I suspect that this is the Allen we will see for most of the season but I hope good Allen does pop his head up at least a couple more times this year. I thought the offense abandoned the run a little early after getting stuffed on 3rd and 1 early in the game. They came out on the next series and had Allen throw three straight incompletions inside his five yard line.

Defense did play pretty well considering they got no support from the offense at all.

I suspect Thundarr will make an appearance this week now that we lost.

Here I am, I was waiting to see if that awesome win was an aberration or not and it was. This team is a joke. Allen is getting beaten up every week like Andrew Luck was. 18 sacks and who knows how many hits. What is waiting on the bench? Peterman. If Allen gets injured, which is a possibility with our OL protecting him, all that we paid to get him will be for naught. What was the rush to dump AJ for a 5th round pick? Let him stay in there and endure this. We have no wideouts. Are we so enamored of draft picks that we strip the team for a meaningless pick? Tom Brady in his prime, couldn't win with this bunch. Allen got whacked in the head in the preseason Bengals game. Even big strong QB's like Allen, Newton and Big Ben can get injured by bigger linemen and backers. No veteran QB like AJ to mentor him, just Peterman who would not be my first choice to mentor anyone.
