Too funny and you're right. Mattoon had to go there to get a windshield for my VW, I hit a pheasant, before all the safety glass, what a mess! My friends came to pick me up and we stayed in Mattoon for whatever reason. I don't remember what we did, probably a good thing!

Back to the Bears, do you guys think the Bears can beat the Lions? Run the ball more and protect Cutler better!

I give the Bears the nod this Monday Night.

Detroit is decent, should be a close game but they've really struggled against the mediocre teams they've played and only really looked "good" against KC.

If the Bears protect the ball, they will win.

I was interested to see the line on this game and it currently stands with Detroit being a 5 and half point favorites. o/u is at 48 so vegas expects some points to be scored. I like the Bears and the under. I think this game has 23-20 written all over it, or there abouts. I just hope the bears commit to Forte and the ground game like they did against the Panthers.

I'm going out on the limb here (again) like I did when they played the Falcons! Not taking anything away from Detroit, but Bears can do this! Lions can't keep playing from behind every week and they haven't beat teams like the Ravens, Pats or Saints. It is doable!

Wow. 5 and 1/2? I'd take that.

Like I'm sure you know, typically the ESPN broadcast are also shown on WCIU, but I don't see that anywhere on the bears website, so maybe its just ESPN....
