I've read elsewhere that Henry's injuries resulted from a domestic situation with his financee. If so, it would be a real shame for him to have this happen after he worked so hard to get his life straight.

Yep, this is what I just saw posted.

Citing a police report, the Observer reported that:

• Henry was involved in a “domestic situation” with his fiancee.

• Henry’s fiancee got into a pickup truck and drove away from the home.

• Henry jumped into the bed of the truck as she was driving away. At some point, he came out of the back of the vehicle.

According to the Observer, Henry was taken to Carolinas Medical Center, where he is being treated, according to police. The paper described his injuries as “life-threatening.”

Rumors are being posted on various forums that the accident was fatal and they are waiting for the family to be notified before it's made public.

This is unconfirmed, but apparently his family has been called in to be by his side. They're saying he's brain dead and will be taken off life support.
