One quick question. How much weight do you dead-lift, squat, bench press. I can sort of imagine your look from this info.
i never tried '' dead-lift"

I think the OP is not a native speaker of English. She may also not master inches, pounds etc.

Calisthenics, Pilates, Yoga and this (your ethnic mix made me think of this)

Sadie BellyDance - YouTube

Do not focus on weight. Weight is not necessarily a good indicator for visual appeal to men. From experience too many women fret on this. Note that muscle mass weighs more than fat so if you tone up / strengthen your inner core and do some belly dance as practice you will likely get a better feeling of body control and confidence. Couple that with making the best of what you were given should do wonders for how men will perceive you visually. i.e. comfortable in your 'skin' a quiet confidence and grace in bearing(comportment / deportment) will do wonders for any woman.

Exercises that target the muscles in your waist area. Like side bends (best if you're lying on the floor sideways, and bend up at the waist), sit-ups with your knees up, hands behind your head, straight sit-ups, but also touching left elbow to right knee, alternating with right elbow to left knee.

What she means is she has narrow hips, but a bigger butt.

Are you still in your teens? Sometimes girls gain more hips when they mature. It's hard to imagine you with a pronounced butt and no hips.

Ruth4Truth, I know what she means, but can't picture it in my mind.
