I can't remember the last time I've walked into a place that has a drive-thru. Let's see, I'm 44 yrs old & can probably count on 2 hands the # of times I've walked in to order. And even less re: actually dine inside.

I think the drive-thru is one of the greatest inventions in the food service industry. Now, mind you I'm not comparing it to the cure for diseases. Those are 2 different fields.

I agree w/ the posters above as to why I personally stay in the car, plus it's definitely less hassle. If the line is out to wazoo, I'll go somewhere else because I never HAVE to eat that specific food.

So OP, if you want to translate any of the above to laziness, fine, so be it! You're not hurting my feelings!

I like exercise and it is regularly part of my life, maybe that's why I think it would be good to get out of the cars and walk in and out to order. It may be people are very lazy. What does everybody think? Laughing at chick fil a on the southeast coast....
I was about to eat at chick fil a the other day here in Texas. The drive through line wad so long. I didn't even bother at all. I sure as heck wouldn't wait in that line in the heat. I had an infant with me so it wasn't easy to go in either.
Majority if not 90% of the time I will use the drive thru. I'm not lazy. Its just unnecessary.
