Hi Peter,

Thanks! My lot is pie-shaped one (almost triangular) with around 90 on the back and 125 on the side, I think it can fit a pool + plus a 3br/2ba 2000sf house, so I think it is a nice sized lot.

I really wanted a lot inside the Rotonda but I cannot afford it right now, perhaps in the future I can trade my lot in the Lakes by one inside.

CN

Hi,
Bought my lot on Lanteensail drive over five years ago, but only did that because I only wanted to live in this area and NOT to make a killing..
Although I am a UK citizen, I have travelled around this area over a few years, and still love the options of both beautiful views and mingling with the true folks that make this area "Tick"
Got a lake view and big enough to put a pool in.

Real Estates starts to move...Rotonda has too much going for it to stay in these rockbottom prices we see nowadays. Buying a lot now for less than 10 k, and selling it after 5 years, you probably 5- double your money.

since my last posting we have also now bought a home inthe sands. it was a brand new foreclosure and we gota steal (especially as at the time we got £2 to a buck) . my US mortgage is less per month than my UK car payment -go figure !!

Its a beautiful house with NO neighbours (apart from a family of bobcats, tortoises, wild pigs and also allegedly a panther) we love it and visit whenever we can -in fact in 9 days time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sands lags behind the inner circle in selling $ psf and so most homes are being built for end users rather than specs.

I have a client who has a double lake lot that we will be building on next year.

biggest issues are - lack of power in some streets, low elevations and small lots that don't allow full size pools
