When I buy a new vehicle I will definitely subscribe to XM radio. I ride in another car that has it and I notice it cuts out near freeway underpasses or buildings but it just for a moment. It's fine by me and alot better than what I have in my current vehicle.

With the shortage of cars right now, you could install a new head unit (car radio) with a PS/2 port and add a SXM Connect tuner so you don't have to put up with unreliable, buffering cellular data until cars become plentiful again.

Some head units might have better OSes/GUI (and other features like GPS) than the OEM radio, that you might transfer them from the old to new car.

Not in a rush to purchase a new vehicle now. Will wait to purchase a new vehicle.
