Oh kudzu I am so sorry for your loss. Perhaps it was also a thank you kiss for helping him to reach the rainbow bridge. The loss of a fur baby IMO is one of the hardest things we humans that are owned by our pets have to go through. Eventually the searing pain will subside and will be replaced with a peaceful heart knowing that in time you will be reunited with your loving baby.
