As part of the E-Conservation program through the NC Co-op Extension, Orange County Co-op Extension will be offering a workshop on energy efficiency in Hillsborough on Tuesday, Sept. 21. People who attend the workshop may qualify for a full professional energy audit - homeowners pay $50 and the extension service picks up the rest
